The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Associate Director to join Teneo’s growing Forensic Technology & eDiscovery practice.
You’ll lead complex litigation, investigation and regulatory matters across the full EDRM lifecycle, working alongside a high-performing team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
We’re looking for a driven forensic technology professional who thrives on challenge, delivers sharp, independent advice, and is ready to accelerate their career in a team built for growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Forensic Technology & eDiscovery Associate Director you will have the opportunity to:

- Lead end-to-end eDiscovery engagements; from collection and processing through early case assessment, review, analysis and production in Relativity.
- Drive high-stakes matters with precision, managing multiple concurrent projects under regulatory and court-imposed deadlines.
- Oversee data handling and analytics workstreams, ensuring quality, risk control and defensible outcomes throughout.
- Serve as a trusted day-to-day client lead, anticipating challenges, resolving issues and elevating strategic considerations where needed.
- Continuously enhance team capability by refining operating procedures, delivering targeted training and coaching junior professionals.
- Contribute to business development efforts and support proposition growth alongside senior leadership.
- Support engagements that may involve occasional national or international travel.
Key Skills & Experience
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years’ forensic technology experience within a consulting environment; ideally from a strategy or management consultancy, Big 4, or corporate internal consulting function.
- Deep technical expertise across forensic technology and eDiscovery, with strong hands-on capability in Relativity (data processing, early case assessment, review, analysis and production).
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) required; Expert or Master-level certifications highly desirable.
- A commercially minded, ambitious professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial, high-performance environment.
- Strong client leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, strategic advice for non-technical stakeholders.
- A proven mentor and coach, committed to developing junior talent and strengthening team capability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relativity Server or RelativityOne, Nuix, BrainSpace, Reveal or other such eDiscovery solutions.
