Claudia Polli Joins Teneo as a Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Claudia Polli as a Managing Director in the firm's Hong Kong office. She will join the Teneo Value+ team, a part of Teneo’s global Restructuring business offering value creation advisory, investment and as-a-service solutions to private capital investors and company executives.

Claudia has extensive experience advising clients across multiple industries and geographies on value creation, strategy execution, large-scale business transformation and operational improvement. She is also passionate about sustainability and has been involved in several ESG and long-term value initiatives. Within Teneo Value+ in APAC, she will be leading the ESG and long-term value offering.

Claudia has worked for PwC, Accenture and EY-Parthenon in both London and Hong Kong. Prior to November 2020, she was a Strategy and Transactions Director at EY-Parthenon, where she focused on designing and implementing value creation strategies for large corporate clients.

Claudia is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southampton, where she majored in Politics and International Relations.
