Marleen Geerlof Joins Teneo as a Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Marleen Geerlof as a Managing Director.

Marleen counsels clients across a variety of sectors on business-critical issues, with a particular focus on capital markets and shareholder advisory mandates.

She joined Teneo from Brunswick Group where she led a number of complex and cross-border mandates, most notably mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism defense, and on-going investor engagement mandates. A Dutch national, with experience working across Europe, South Africa and the U.S., Marleen brings a strong international perspective to cross-border mandates and multi-stakeholder campaigns.
