Rose is an Associate on Teneo’s DE&I Advisory Team. The group’s work encompasses a range of DE&I matters across all characteristics of diversity, from advising on boardroom diversity, DE&I disclosure and public policy to defining actionable steps and measurable goals that foster inclusion and belonging. In addition to proactive solutions, Rose assists clients in navigating complex social issues.
Prior to Teneo, Rose worked at Odgers Berndtson focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as data visualization and modeling. Before that, she served as a Program Coordinator across multiple functions and sectors, including government affairs, international development, and technology. She began her career working for not-for-profits.
Rose graduated from American University with dual BA degrees in Psychology and International Studies, with a focus on Identity, Race, Gender, and Culture.“
